He focuses on Independent Medical Evaluations and Expert Medical Case reviews. Dr. Rowley's evaluations and reports are performed in worker's compensation and personal injury cases to assist with complex medical-legal issues. Alumnus of the Medical College of Virginia, Wake Forest University, and the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine.
